摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a novel direct power control strategy,i.e.,virtual flux based model predictive direct power con-trol(VF-MPDPC),is investigated for its use in a three-phase voltage sourced PWM rectifier. Based on the power predic-tion model and power error minimization principle,virtual flux vector is used as the base vector of control,thus the vec-tor formula for object control is obtained. The method of model predictive power control is realized with the combination of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM). The proposed method is simple,and there is no restriction on the se-lection of vectors during each switching period. In the meantime,a comparative study consisting of numerical simulation and experimental test was performed,which compared the proposed method with virtual flux based look-up table direct power control(VF-LUTDPC)under different operation conditions. Finally,results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,which provides a viable solution for three-phase voltage sourced PWM rectifier.
