摘要

Abstract

The significant increase of the air-conditioning load reduces the operation security margin of distribution network. The air-conditioning load aggregator has become an emerging business mode to participate in the decentralized thermostatically controllable load (TCL).This paper proposes a model integrating TCL and distribution network reconfiguration with the participation of air-conditioning load aggregators.The operation mode adjustment and the load response adjustment are both used for the system safety operation.The centralized management of dispersed thermostatic loads is conducted by different air-conditioning load aggregators through air-conditioning load regulation protocol,and the market interest is gained by way of piecewise bidding.Aiming at minimizing the settlement cost,the distribution company plans the multi-period reconfiguration and load control strategies.The constraint conditions are relaxed by the convex programming,and the mixed integer second-order cone programming model is solved by Mosek to guarantee the computational efficiency of the strategy.The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an improved IEEE 33-bus system.
