摘要

Abstract

The system integration configuration scheme of IEC 61850 Ed 2.0 is improved in many aspect including the new defined instantiated IED description (IID) file and system exchange description (SED) file,the enhanced constraints of configuration tools and the new introduction of project management.According to the actual demand of IEC 61850 project configuration in the current smart substation, the practicability of improvements in the configuration process is deeply analyzed.Based on the analysis result,the configuration process scheme derived from IEC 61850 Ed 2.0 for engineering is proposed.The scheme includes two aspects which are the improvement in the configuration process of substation configuration description(SCD) and projects management and the typical application cases are also given.
