温度敏感型可注射水凝胶的性质及应用研究进展
Progress on Properties and Application of Temperature-sensitive Injectable Hydrogels
摘要
Abstract
The temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogels is a new type of material that is sensitive to tem-perature,its physical state could be changed as the temperature changes.This kind of material has been widely applied in the vaccine,drug control-release and tissue support engineering because of this character-istics.Temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel materials can be divided into 5 types according to their structures,the author analyzed and discussed the thermodynamic mechanism,biocompatibility,toxicity and degradability of these five materials,specified the characteristics of each material,and summarized the pro-gress on the application of each material in the drug and vaccine delivery system and the tissue support en-gineering respectively,provided scientific basis for the application of temperature-sensitive injectable hydro-gel in the field of human and animal medicine,and prospects for its future development were discussed.关键词
