Abstract
From 2015 to 2017,the author encountered 2 cases of canine osteoblast osteosarcoma.Two cases of osteoblast osteosarcoma occurred in the radius and humerus,and the pulmonary metastasis occurred in the later stage.The clinical features included:swelling of the affected part,hardening,and extension of the disease with the duration of the disease;X-ray and CT scan showed the bone dissolving.Anatomical visible bone and surrounding muscle tissue dissolved in grayish yellow and grayish brown;In the center of the le-sion,cystic dilatation of bone was found in the center of the lesion.The lesion caused partial bone tissue loss,and the lesion had clear demarcation from the nearby bone tissue.The histopathological features in-cluded:a large number of osteoblasts present diffuse infiltration and abundant blood vessels in the intersti-tium.The rich osteoid tissue(stroma)is attached to each other to form a line,forming the bone trabeculae. After the malignant transformation,cell heteromorphism was obvious and multinuclear cells appeared.Ex-tensive extensive surgical resection of the lesions outside the focal area may be an effective method for early treatment.关键词
