摘要

Abstract

Earthquake locating is one of the basic problems in seismology,how to improve locating precision is always a key point.This paper introduces the history and development of earthquake locating methods at home and abroad,sorts the earthquake locating methods currently existed and outlines their basic theory and application.We emphatically introduce Geiger classical location,double difference location and microseismic location including waveform cross-correlation,source-scanning algorithm(SSA).Finally,we simply introduce the application of microseismic location in monitoring and locating nuclear test.
