Numb分子在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床分期的相关性
Numb expression in colon cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological staging
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression pattern of Numb molecule in colon cancer tissue and adjacent tissues,and to analyze the relationship of Numb expression with clinicopathological stage.Methods:Routine immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expression of Numb in 75 cases of surgical resected colon cancer tissues and adjacent colon tissues that were collected from September 2012 to August 2016 in the 306th Hospital of People's Liberation Army.The pathological stages were recorded.The correlation of Numb expression levels with clinicopathologic data were analyzed.Results:Numb was expressed both in the colon cancer tissues and the adjacent colon tissues.Numb was mainly located on the cellular membrane in the adjacent colon tissues while it located both on the cellular membrane and in the cytoplasm in the cancer tissues.Compared with the adjacent colon tissues,the overall expression level decreased significantly in the colon cancer tissues (4.87±2.10 vs 7.88±1.87),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The ratios of high level of Numb expression in the groups of N0 and TNM Ⅰ-Ⅱ stages were significantly higher than that in the N1-2 and TNM Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages,respectively (P＜0.01).However,there were no significant differences between the level of Numb expression with gender,age and tumors size,respectively (all P＞0.05).Conclusion:Numb expression changes in colon cancer tissue,which plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of colon cancer.关键词
