玉屏风颗粒联合脉冲磁疗对比匹多莫德治疗小儿肺炎恢复期肺脾气虚证的疗效
Clinical effect of yupingfeng granule combined with complex pulse magnetic therapy vs pidotimod on spleen and lung qi deficiency syndrome during infantile pneumonia convalescence

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with complex pulse magnetic compare with pidotimod in spleen and lung during infantile pneumonia convalescence.Method:Eighty-two patients with the syndrome of deficiency of qi spleen and lung during infantile pneumonia convalescence were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=42) and a control group (n=40),all patients received anti-infection treatment,cough-relieving treatment,anti-asthmatic treatment and complex pulse magnetic.On the basis of this,patients in the control group were given pidotimod,and an extra treatment of Yupingfeng granule combined with complex pulse magnetic and pidotimod with in the treatment group.The efficacy and changes of lymphocyte subpopulations level were observed in two groups.Results:The disappearance time of less cough excessive phlegm,the disappearance time of pale complexion,the disappearance time of spontaneous perspiration eating less,the disappearance time of thin sloppy stool,the disappearance time of coughing,the disappearance time of expectoration,the disappearance time of crackles in lung,period of using antibiotic,the disappearance time of coughing,the disappearance time of expectoration,the disappearance time of Crackles in lung,and period of using antibiotic of the patients in the treatment group are significantly shorter than those of the patients in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of IgM,IgA,IgG,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction observed in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with complex pulse magnetic and pidotimod in the treatment of lung qi deficiency syndrome in children with pneumonia recovery is good,which is worth of application and dissemination.关键词
