环网柜电缆室电缆过长对套管受力分析
Force Analysis of Casing Caused by Over-length Cable in Cable Room of Ring Network Cabinet

Abstract
SF6 European ring network cabinet is widely used in the domestic 10 kV distribution network nowadays,but when it is connected with the three-core cable,the casing is always damaged by the bending cable core wire,because the large stress is produced for bending of the overlong cable core wire.In this paper,the force to the casing generated by the different lengths and different types of cable core wire is simulated and analyzed based on Ansys finite element analysis software,and the simulation results is verified through the experimental.The results show that when the core wire is cut too long the force to casing decreased significantly with its height increased.After the test to determine the allowable loads(500 N) for the casing,ring network cabinet casing height should not be less than 800 mm.关键词
