球面近场天线测量系统校准中的一类不确定度分析
Analysis of A Kind of Uncertainty Contribution in Calibration of Spherical Near Field Antenna Measurement System

Abstract
In the calibration of multi-probe in the spherical near-field antenna measurement system,the calibration antenna angle deviation can cause the measurement uncertainty of the probe amplitude and phase consistency.In this paper,a typical FDTD antenna simulation model is established,and the 3D pattern simulation data of amplitude and phase information are obtained.The simulation results show that the gain,phase error and spatial angle error are approximate with linear relationship when the angle error is small.Second,the higher the frequency,the greater the gain and phase errors is.According to the simulation,the component estimate formula of the standard uncertainty below 6 GHz is given.The analysis shows that even if the near field effect is taken into account,the uncertainty formula is safe.关键词
