摘要

Abstract

In order to detect the depths of surface defect,this paper presented a method for detecting surface defect depth by using amplitude analysis.The B-scan signal was collected by laser scanning method with the experimental platform of laser ultrasonic,and analyzed the influence of surface defects at different depths on propagation of surface acoustic wave analyzed from the time and frequency do-main.The results show that:surface wave can be reflected、transmitted and converted to longitudinal wave and transverse wave at surface defect,and the frequency component of transmission wave is related to the defect depth;The amplitude ratio of transmission surface wave and surface wave can complete the depth detection of surface defects,and it is less error by comparing with the method of analyzing spectral components of transmitted surface waves.
