基于Matlab的变频器开路故障诊断方法
The Open-Circuit Fault Diagnosis of Frequency Converter Based on Matlab

Abstract
As for the three-phase converters'typical topology,this paper probes into the fault diagnosis of its transistors by means of mathematic analysis and simulation experiments.Firstly,the faulty modes of rectifier and three-phase controlled inverter circuit,which work as the key components of converter, are discussed,as well as their combination.According to the responding simulation model established to verify the characteristics of faulty modes,a faulty diagnosis method of converter is presented based on the phase voltage waveform without inductance smoothing,and it is proven correct even when sudden loading occurs.Besides,the potential application of this method is discussed in converters'intelligent de-tection.关键词
