摘要

Abstract

To make up for the drawback that the altimetry data is eliminated in the offshore area owing to editing principle,which may lead to the low quality of offshore survey data.The paper studies sea echo waveform of Jason-2 satellite based on two forms of five parameter model and Ice-2 model,and selects 20 sea echo waveforms in the South China Sea to calculate according to the least squares principle.Then analyze and compare the results.The results show that five parameter model index is close to Ice-2 model.It can be concluded that the Ice-2 model has priority when using three methods of Jason-2 waveform tracking in the open sea.In addition,waveform tracking technology can improve the utilization of satellite altimetry data to provide reliable data for scientific research.
