摘要

Abstract

The control method of the hydraulic height adjustment system of shearer's rocker arm is studied in this paper.The kinematics of the height-regulating mechanism was firstly analyzed according to the actual working principle and working conditions.Then,the mathematical model for the asymmetric valve controlled cylinder was built,on which the height controller may work.Finally,the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm was used to study the mechanism.The research results show that the proposed method based on fuzzy PID algorithm can better minimize the displacement error of the cylinder piston target.
