垂苓汤联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the combination Chinese medicine Chuiling decotion and entecavir dispersible tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B .Methods 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into Chuiling decoction combination with entecavir dispersible tablet group (treatment group) and entecavir dispersible tablet group (control group) ,and each group had 75 cases . After 6 months ,the change of biochemical index and viral replication index in the two groups were observed . Results 6 months after treatment ,compared with the control group ,the ALT recovery rate ,HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rate in treatment group were significantly different (P< 0 .05) ,the clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combination of Chuiling decoction and entecavir dispersible tablet has a good effect for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B ,better than using entecavir dispersible tablet only .关键词
