缺血性视神经病变患者血浆D-二聚体的水平与预后的相关性
Correlation between plasma D-two levels and prognosis in patients with ischemic optic neuropathy

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between plasma levels of D-two and the prognosis of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods from February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy in 180 cases,all patients were active treatment,and the determination of all the D-two polymer level data,Another 1 months after the Rankin (mRS) scale to expand the score,compared with the prognosis of patients in each group,and analyze the effect of the prognosis and the correlation of D-two polymer level.Results According to the comparison results show that,according to the score display,good prognosis of disease patients (MRS score less than 2 minutes) with 96 cases that is identified as a group,the prognosis of disease patients (MRS score higher than 3) 84 cases that is identified as the B group.And in the D-two polymer index contrast,A group of patients with an average of (391.25 + 29.17) g/L,and the B group of patients with an average of (372.19 + 28.21) g/L The data contrast was significant,and the data was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions With the combination of the above results and the comparison of D-two indicators,the increase of D-two has a direct impact on the prognosis of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy.关键词
