Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of porous perfusion anterior chamber maintainer (ACM) in phacoemulsification.Methods 80 age-related cataract patients admitted into our hospital between January 2015 and August 2016 were selected as research subjects and were treated with phacoemulsification.40 patients usedviscoelastics during the surgery (control) and 40 patients used ACM.Surgery duration,phacoemulsification duration,phacoemulsification energy,visual acuity before and after surgery,intraocular pressure (IOP),corneal endothelial cell (CEC) count,loss rate of endothelial cell,variable coefficient of corneal endothelial cell area,central corneal thickness (CCT),corneal astigmatism,surgically induced astigmatism (SIA) level of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference in the average surgery time,phacoemulsification time,phacoemulsification energy between two groups (P ＞ 0.05);3 months after surgery,the visual level,loss rate of endothelial cell,variable coefficient of corneal endothelial cell area,CCT,astigmatism in two groups were higher than pre-surgery,the IOP,CEC count,SIA were lower than pre-surgery (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no difference in the above indexes between two group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Porous perfusion ACM in phacoemulsification has high clinical values.It can improve visual acuity,control IOP,reduce corneal endothelial cell damage and facilitate visual recovery on the basis of maintaining anterior-chamber dynamic stability.关键词
