Abstract
Sea clutter will affect radar detection.So,the study on radar performance evaluation in sea clutter will benefit the radar system design.Firstly,the compound K-distribution of sea clutter is discussed.And the relationship between the radar parameters,the environmental parameters and the clutter model parameters is established.Then,the simulation method of temporal-spatial correlated sea clutter based on SIRP is introduced.And a system of radar performance evaluation is established,which is based on radar working environment and applies CFAR and combines with the Monte Carlo method.Finally,the radar working scenario is established to evaluate radar performance.The result shows that radar performance assessment system is valuable to radar designers.关键词
