4YZQK-4型青贮打捆玉米收获机的设计与试验
Design of 4YZQK-4 Combine Harvester for Corn Silage
摘要
Abstract
Based on the research of existing corn harvest technology and silage harvest technology, 4YZQK-4 combine harvester for corn silage was designed. The combine harvester mainly comprised of harvester header for corn and straw, baling unit and control system for baling unite. It could finish the operations of corn cobs harvesting and straws cutting, feeding, chopping, throwing and baling at one time. When the harvester header removed the cobs, it cut the plant from the root. After that, the straw layer was compressed by the feeding device,chopped by the chopping and rubbing device and baled by the baling unite. It provides the technical scheme and application example to solve the key technology of reaping both corn stalk and spike.The experiment shows, 4YZQK-4 combine harvester can satisfy the design require-ments and have a good performance in straw chopping and baling.关键词
