Automatic Control Device for Feed Opening of 9YGQ-1300 Steel-roll Round baler
摘要
Abstract
The feed opening of the 9YGQ-1300 round bales can not be actively adjusted,the feeding port is easy to be blocked when the feed amount is large. This paper designed a kind of automatic control device, including oil system of feed opening adjustment,control circuit and data acquisition system based on STM32 microcontroller as the core. Micro-controller control the solenoid valve switch,through the control circuit,so as to realize the telescopic moving of jaw plate supporting cylinders. Through the test, the feeding device designed can realize the active control of the feeding mouth o-pening, and the speed is adjustable,and the single-chip microcomputer can monitor the working status of the round ba-ler, display and output the signals of the sensors.关键词
