吊杯式移栽机地轮与土壤相互作用力的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Interaction Force between Ground-wheel and Soil of Dibble-type Transplanter

Abstract
Taking the 2ZB-2type dibble-type transplanting machines as the testing equipment and a ground wheel in contact with the soil as the research unit and through the data acquisition system consisting of the film pressure sensors and supporting data acquisition cards, The positive model of ground wheel and soil based on different soil hardness was established by collecting the interaction force between ground wheel of the transplanters and the soil under the stable oper-ation of the transplanting machine.Finally,the mathematical model of ground wheel slip ratio was established. Field test results show that in the same soil hardness with the ground wheel movement, the maximum stress value is located below the ground wheel; the same stress value of the same section of the ground wheel is basically the same, and the trend is basically the same;with the increase of soil hardness,the stress value increases gradually,and the slip rate of the trans-planting machine decreases. Through the study of the interaction force to the ground wheel with the soil,and provide the basis for improving the planting effect of transplanting machine.关键词
