基于Android的科技人才创新绩效评价系统研究
Evaluation system for innovation performances of scientific and technological talents based on Android platform
摘要
Abstract
In innovation driven development,the innovation performance evaluation of scientific and technological talents can give full play to the initiative and the creativity of scientific and technological talents,creating more innovations to drive the economic and social development.Based on the Android platform the evaluation system for the innovation performance scientific and technological talents is developed.Taking Eclipse as the system development environment,and the database is selected as SQL Server 2012 database.An information-based solution for the innovation performance evaluation of scientific and technological talents is given.The system can help scientific and technological talents understand their innovation performance in real time.Science and technology talents dynamically adjust innovation orientation according to innovation performance evaluation report.The study can help scientific and technological talents achieve individual development.关键词
