Experience of ZHOU Xiaobo on Treating Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the professor ZHOU Xiaobo's experience on the differentiation and treatment of helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis with TCM.Methods:The existing literature on helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis was selected for analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis,and the professor of ZHOU Xiaobo's experience characteristic was explored by using medicine ofr treating helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis.Results:Professor ZHOU Xiaobo thinks that the most belong to the type of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Helicobacter pylori infection on the basis of deficiency of vital energy and weakness of spleen and stomach,lead to Qi-stagnation,damp-heat,blood-stasis and other pathological changes.Treatment with TCM,heat sterilization,regulating Qi,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,invigorating the spleen and strengthening healthy Qi,and a balanced diet,and physical and mental adjustment taking into account the actual situation,is conducive to the rehabilitation.Conclusion:Professor ZHOU Xiaobo's experience on the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori associated chronic gastritis with TCM is worthy of using for reference.关键词
