火针对ICR小鼠耳廓痤疮模型影响的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Effect of Fire Acupucture Therapy for Acne Model Of ICR Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of fire acupucture therapy for the acne model of ICR mice.Methods:ICR mice were randomly divided into 4groups as follows (10mice/group):PBS controlled group,model group,common needle therapy group,fire acupucture therapy group.The ICR mouse ear ache model was established by intradermal injection of Propionibacterium acnes.Every 24hours different groups were given ordinary needle or acupucture therapy intervention treatment,a total of 2times.The PBS controlled group and the model group were not treated.The changes of the thickness of the auricle tissue were recorded and histopathological examination were taken from the auricle lesion.Results:Morphological observation showed that fire acupucture therapy exerted anti-inflammatory effects against P.Aches,the decrease of the auricle thickness and erythema in the fire acupucture therapy group was more obvious.The histopathological examination revealed that the expansion of blood vessels and tissue edema in the fire acupucture therapy group were significantly reduced,and inflammatory cells and sebaceous gland hyperplasia were reduced also.Conclusion:Fire acupucture therapy can effectively improve inflammation and sebaceous gland hyperplasia of the mouse acne model.This suggests fire acupucture therapy can potentially be used to effectively treat acne.关键词
