Abstract
Objective:To study the intrinsic relationship between cervical intraepithelial neoplasia syndrome and cervical immune factor TNF-o,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted in this study.86patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia from February 2015to February 2017were selected.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TNF-opositive expression,semi-quantitative analysis of TNF-α positive expression by image analysis software.Results:Among the 86cases of CIN,34cases were CIN Ⅰ,28cases were CIN Ⅱ,24cases were CIN Ⅲ,CIN Ⅰ patients were mostly spleen dampness type,CIN Ⅱ patients were mostly damp-heat type,CIN Ⅲ patients.The IOD valuesof TNF-α were 4.097±1.501,6.286±1.428and 7.601 ± 1.470,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of TNF-α and the degree of cervical lesions in the CIN lesions.The TNF-αIOD values showed a significant trend in various types of CIN,with the highest spleen dampness value and the lowest,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The level of TNF-αIOD is positively correlated with the degree of cervical lesions.The expression of TNF-o is of great reference value to the classification of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.关键词
