Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Anwei Decoction on gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with intestinal autonomic neuropathy.Methods:From February 2016to February 2017,57patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with intestinal autonomic neuropathy were enrolled in the department of gastroenterology and gastroenterology.The levels of gastrointestinal hormones and blood glucose were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical symptoms were evaluated and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the levels of MOT and GAS in patients were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05),SS,VIP and LEP levels were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).FPG,2hPG and Hba1C levels were significantly decreased.Pneumonia diarrhea,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,bowel,abdominal fullness,loss of appetite,fatigue,fatigue and a total score of clinical symptoms were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).15cases,clinically effective in 37cases,the total effective rate was 91.23％,the effect was significant.Conclusion:Modified Anwei Decoction is effective for the treatment of gastrointestinal hormones in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with intestinal autonomic neuropathy.It can be widely used clinically.关键词
