补阳还五汤加味辨证内服联合复方黄柏液外洗治疗糖尿病足溃疡56例临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of using Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction syndrome differentiation combined with Compound Phellodendron Liquid external washing in the treatment of 56cases of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:112patients with diabetic foot ulcer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014to July 2016.Patients were divided into two groups (56cases in each group) according to different treatment methods.The controlled group was treated with Compound Phellodendron Liquid.The observation group was treated with Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction syndrome differentiation combined with Compound Phellodendron Liquid external washing.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the effect of the two treatments on the vascular endothelial function of the patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group [(91.07％) vs (71.43％)] (P＜0.05);the two groups of patients before treatment,TCM syndrome,wound area,(P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in ET,TXB2and NO expression between the two groups before and after treatment (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05),while the level of NO expression was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05),and the level of NO was significantly higher in the observation group than in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The two groups of patients did not appear serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction syndrome differentiation combined with Compound Phellodendron Liquid external washing is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.It can promote the recovery of vascular endothelial function and relieve pain and no adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
