开胃消食合剂联合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症疗效观察
Curative Observation of Kaiwei Xiaoshi Mixture Combined with Pricking Sifeng Points for Patients with Infantile Anorexia

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Kaiwei Xiaoshi Mixture and pricking sifeng points for patients with infantile anorexia.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2016,62 cases of infantile anorexia from our department were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.The controlled group was given pricking sifeng points treatment,while the observation group was treated by Kaiwei Xiaoshi Mixture on the base of the controlled group.The treatment time of 2 groups were 5weeks.After the treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms (constipation,anorexia,abdominal distension and low food intake) were observed.After the treatment,the levels of NYP,ghrelin,leptin,zinc,iron and selenium were detected in the 2 groups.During the treatment,the adverse actions were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.7％ in the observation group,significantly higher than 83.8％ in the controlled group (P＜0.05).After the treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms were significantly shorter in the observation group than which in the controlled group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of NYP,ghrelin,leptin were (29.16±3.57) ng/L,(44.21±4.54) ng/L and (22.15±2.14,) ng/L,significantly promoted than the controlled group (P＜0.05),while the levels of zinc,iron and selenium were significantly higher than the controlled group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse actions in the 2groups.Conclusion:Using Kaiw Xiaoshi ei Mixture and pricking sifeng points in patients with infantile anorexia has good effect,and can promote the symptoms in patients,worthy of the next study.关键词
