Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of Buqi Jiannao Tongluo Decoction and Shuxuening combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type stroke.Methods:Selected from March 2015to August 2016,90cases of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object,took a random number table method.The patients were divided into research group (45cases) and controlled group (45cases).The controlled groupwas treated with conventional western medicine,patients in the treatment group was treated with Buqi Jiannao Tongluo Decoction and Shuxuening combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type stroke on the basis of conventional treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment,and neural function defect scale and blood rheology indexes before and after treatment,to Barthl index evaluation ability of daily life (ADL) of patients with berg balance scale (BBS),balance,patients evaluation and assessment of patients with walking ability,take the modified Ashworth classification standard evaluation before and after treatment in patients with muscle tension,patients with complications.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.78％,significantly higher than the controlled group which was 86.67％,P＜0.05.The two groups before treatment score,TCM syndrome score,blood rheology and neurological deficit were similar,P＞0.05.Patients in the study group,TCM syndrome score and neurological deficit score were better than that of the controlled group after treatment,the blood rheology indexes was superior to the controlled group,P＜0.05.Barthl index before treatment,two groups of BBS,walking ability,muscle tension scores,P＞0.05.Mter treatment of patients in the study group of Barthl index,BBS,walking ability,muscle tension score were better than the controlled group,P＜0.05.The complication rate of the study group was 2.22％,lower than the controlled group which was 15.56％,P＜0.05.Difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Using Buqi Jiannao Tongluo Decoction and Shuxuening combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type stroke is distinct,the magic function defect has improved significantly,the prognosis is poor,less complications,high safety,with very high value of clinical application and promotion.关键词
