Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of 37 leech powder according to 3 ∶ 1 ratio in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients.Methods:a total of 120patients with ischemic stroke were divided into control group and observation group according to random methods,each group had 60cases.The control group was treated with Cerebrolysin zagre sodium needle,1/d intravenous drip combined with Cerebrolysin in the observation group given 37sodium zagre needle powder and leech powder according to the proportion of 3 ∶ 1 compound capsule for 2weeks.Mter treatment,the clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,hemorheological parameters and CT volume of the control group and the observation group were observed and compared.Results:the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P＜ 0.05),the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜ 0.05),hemorheological parameters,there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P＜ 0.05),two groups of CT volume inspection results there was significant difference (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:37、the treatment of ischemic stroke with leech in accordance with 3 ∶ 1 ratio is effective,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
