养心固本汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并抑郁/焦虑状态的影响
Effect of Yangxin Guben Decoction on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Depression or Anxiety

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxin Guben decoction on symptoms and life quality in pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with depression or anxiety. Methods:There were 96 COPD patients complicated with depression or anxiety enlisted ,randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment of western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Yangxin Guben decoction besides the treatment in the control group. After 45 days of treatment,the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),COPD assessment test(CAT) score,total symptom score,6-minute walking distance(6MWD) and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the scores of SAS and TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between before treatment and after treatment in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SDS score,CAT score and 6MWD before and after treatment in the control group,while in the treatment group after treatment,the SDS score and CAT score decreased (P<0.05),6WMD increased (P<0.05),and the dif-ference between before treatment and after treatment in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no signif-icant difference between the two groups in pul-monary function before and after treatment. Con-clusion:Yangxin Guben decoction can improve the emotional status of COPD patients complicated with depression and anxiety,improve their sport endurance and life quality.关键词
