改良浮电针缓解顽固性颈痛临床研究
Clinical Study of Modified Superficial Electroacupuncture Relieving Intractable Neck Pain

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified superficial electroacupuncture on relieving in-tractable neck pain. Method:There were 113 patients with intractable neck pain randomly which were di-vided into the treatment group(57 cases) and control group(56 cases). The treatment group was treated with sweeping-dispersing manipulation based on modified superficial needling and followed by electroacupuncture , without retention of the soft tube after treatment. The control group was treated with dispersing manipulation and followed by 24 h retention of the soft tube. The curative effect was evaluated and compared after 10 times of treatment. Result:The cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 42.11％ and 87.72％,respectively,while the cure rate and the total effective rate in control group were 23.21％ and 82.14％,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference of the cure rate between the two groups (P<0.05). On the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS) and Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ), there was significant statistical difference between before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and after treatment there was significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of the modified superficial electroacupuncture is better than that of superficial needling. Also ,the modified superficial electroacupuncture could avoid potential medical risks.关键词
