刘持年应用甘麦大枣汤临床经验
Experience of LIU Chinian in Using Ganmai Dazao Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Ganmai Dazao decoction,from the Essentials from the Golden Cabinet,is the primary formula in the treatment of visceral dryness. Professor LIU Chinian holds that this formula aims at deficiency of heart yin,malnutrition of liver,disharmony of liver qi,and is good at treating visceral dryness,sweating,insomnia and so on. Professor LIU emphasizes that syndrome differentiation should be correct and precise ,and for dif-ferent disease of similar syndrome or similar disease of different syndrome ,the treatment should be different. Also He advocates to combine various formula together ,especially the small formulas of the similar function , treating similar syndrome or disease mechanism. For choosing herbs ,he emphasizes the dose and also to consider the pharmacological effect.关键词
