《标准化法》的新理念与新制度评析
Comment on New Concept and New System of Standardization Law
摘要
Abstract
The new Standardization Law comprehensively revised the 1989 version of Standardization Law and abandoned many regulatory measures of planned economy. The new ideas and new system of the new Standardization Law reflect the requirements of market economy and modern state governance. In the long run, we should scientifically construct a sound mechanism for supporting the implementation of laws by standards, further relax intervention in market standards, unify the supply mechanism of national standards, attach importance to the implementation of standards, and foster and disseminate a good standardization culture.关键词
