Abstract
The implementation process of the enterprise standard self-declaration system emphasizes the obligation of enterprises to make self-statements, but ignores the rights of enterprises. The system lacks legal justification and can't meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy at this stage, which restricts the vitality of the enterprise standard self-declaration system. Therefore, more discretionary options should be given to companies when perfecting the system under the Standardization Law, including that enterprises can choose whether to declare, the ways and forms of declarations. In the meantime, the incentive mechanism with a combination of positive incentives and negative incentives and the monitoring mechanisms with a combination of government supervision and social supervision shall be established. Unicom of Self-declaration platforms and the role of standardized professional bodies affect all aspects of the enterprise standard self-declaration system construction. It not only guarantees the quality of standards declared by enterprises but also helps to realize effective encouragement and supervision of self-declaration so as to effectively protect the interests of consumers and ensure the improvement of the quality of products and services.关键词
