澳大利亚犯罪现场勘查领域的认证认可制度评析
Preliminary Analysis and Evaluation of the Accreditation and Certification System of Australian Crime Scene Investigation

Abstract
Promotion of the mechanism of accreditation and certification on the field of crime scene investigation could provide basic quality infrastructures and necessary quality management countermeasures to the scope of crime scene investigation quality management. The whole construction of the accreditation and certification system and programs of Australian third-party crime scene investigation has its own characteristics. Crime scene investigation is the relatively independent test class under the scope of NATA Forensic Science Accreditation Program and the specification clauses which outlines at the Field Application Document reflected some kind of maturity accreditation technology. The steadily moving forward of crime scene investigator certification program is in the context of professionalization of Australian police. The certification program is supported by the profession of forensic science and police agency which manifests the effectiveness of governance of the industry. The author argues the necessity of more concentration and further research on the Australian experience in order to improve our crime scene investigation quality management and related system reformation.关键词
