Analysis of and Research on Current Situation of the Evaluation of Voluntary National Standards
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces the background and significance of the systems for evaluating voluntary national standards proposals, and explains the contents, indicators and methods applied for evaluation. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes the effects of the evaluation over the past year on the improvement of quality of voluntary national standards, compression of time needed for project proposal, as well as the optimization of standard systems, analyzes the existing problems of the standard projects, and proposes corresponding suggestions.关键词
