Abstract
Standard is an important part of the national governance system and an effective tool to enhance the national governance capacity. According to the "13th Five-Year Plan", the administrative examination and approval is an important part of optimizing government services. In the aspects of scientific allocation of approval rights, approval standardization, and strengthening the during and after event supervision, the industrial product production license reform shall be carried out to promote the standardization of administrative licensing with standardization, and speed up the construction of the complete, scientific, normative and effective administrative licensing system to meet the people's needs.关键词
