Analysis on GCC's Technical Measures to Trade under the "Belt and Road"Initiative and Countermeasures

Abstract
Along with the rise of "Belt and Road" Initiative, the trade between China and the Gulf Arab countries has witnessed rapid development. Meanwhile, the Gulf Arab countries have developed technical trade measures, issued a large number of technical specification and standards, and frequently adjusted the conformity assessment procedures on inspection, test, certification, accreditation and etc., which have great impact on China's export to the Gulf Arab countries. This paper studies the features and developmental trends of GCC's TBTs and SPSs, and puts forward the countermeasures to reasonably avoid the technical barriers and protect the rights of Chinese export enterprises. It is expected to move forward China's export to the Gulf Arab countries and foster a new and all-round opening environment.关键词
