Abstract
To ensure the safe and steady operation of gate,it's necessary to keep the natural frequency of gate as far away as possible from the main frequency scope of high-energy pulse of water flow.A 3D model of a radial gate is created by using SolidWorks,and the natural frequency and modal characteristics of gate are calculated by using ANSYS,where the fluidstructure interaction effect had been taken into consideration.The result shows that the fluid-structure interaction effect has a significant influence on modal frequencies of gate structure and the natural frequency of gate will decrease with the increasing of contact area between gate and fluid.Therefore,when analyzing the vibration characteristics of structures working in fluid,the fluid-structure interaction effect should be taken into consideration in order to ensure the safe operation of the structure.关键词
