Abstract
The superabsorbent resin (SAR) was prepared by corn straw cellulose grafting with acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM).With the help of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) to characterize the structure of the SAR prepared in the optimized synthesis conditions which were determined by orthogonal experiment,and the water absorption performance and water retention performance of the SAR were tested.The results show that the monomers are successfully grafted on the surface of straw cellulose.The optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:monomer composition AM∶AA is 1∶1,initiator content is 1.6% of monomer,the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.2%,the amount of straw is 5%,the neutralization degree of AA is 80%.The SAR synthesized in optimum conditions has excellent water absorption performance and water retention performance,and its absorption ratio is 639.4g/g in water and 72.89 g/g in 0.9% NaCl solution.关键词
