摘要

Abstract

This article introduced the definition of workplace bullying behavior in clinical nurses,expounded the standard definition of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),analyzed the correlation between workplace bullying and PTSD,in order to provide theoretical basis for managers to manage nursing workplace bullying effectively,to avoid or reduce the negative effects of workplace bullying among nurses,and to build nursing team better.
