基于Delphi法构建眼科高级实践护士的角色、职能、岗位设置等方案
Instruction of role, function and position settings of advanced practice nurses in ophthalmology department based on the Delphi method

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the role function and related issues of advanced practice nurse(APN)in ophthalmology department,and provide a basis for the research and cultivation of ophthalmological APN in China.Methods:To design the expert consultation questionnaire on training APN in ophthalmology department.Using Delphi method,a total of 26 experts were surveyed by two rounds of consulting to form specific scheme on role detection and position settings of APN in ophthalmology department.Results:The convergence of experts' suggestion has been showed in 11 items of 4 aspects,including training access standards,role definition,position setting and job responsibilities of APN in ophthalmology department,with the selection ratio of 54.5％ to 100.0％.Conclusions:The training access standards and position setting of APN in ophthalmology department were determined,which provided a basis for the development of APN in ophthalmology department and the development of clinical characters.关键词
