社区护理风险管理指标的系统评价与Meta整合
Community nursing risk management index: a systematic review and meta-synthesis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To integrate the community nursing risk management index and to provide the basis for building community nursing risk management index system.Methods:Papers of community nursing risk management were retrieved from The Cochrane Library,Joana Briggs Institute Library,Medline,PubMed,CBM,CNKI,and Wanfang database from inception to September 2016,and the results were analyzed by content analysis method.Results:A total of 8 articles were included in this study.A total of 40 items and 17 categories were screened,including economic and management background,financial resources and limitation,policy standards and goals,safety culture and priority,staffing levels and skill sets,workload and shift mode,the design of the equipment and maintenance,written communication,supervision and to ask for help,team structure,knowledge and skills,basic quality,the design of the task and clear architecture,the validity and accuracy of the diagnosis results,disease status,language and communication skills,and personality and social factors.A total of 7 dimensions were integrated,including system background,organization management,work environment,team factor,staff factors,task factor,and the characteristics of the patients.Conclusions:During the construction of the community nursing risk management index system,the factors of system background,organization management,work environment,team,staff,task,and characteristics of the patients should be fully considered.关键词
