Construction of equipment cleaning questionnaire for central sterile supply department based on Delphi method

Abstract
Objective:To design an equipment cleaning questionnaire for central sterile supply department(CSSD) in China,and to apply it as an effective tool to investigate the status quo of CSSD in hospital.Methods:The questionnaire was initially built through literature reviews and theoretical research,such as Central sterile supply department(CSSD) Part 2:standard for operating procedure of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization(WS 310.2-2016) and The guidelines of eye operation management,infection control,disinfection and sterilization for China.Delphi method was used for 3-round of consultation and analyzed.Results:The expert authority coefficients in the three rounds were 0.88,0.88 and 0.90,respectively.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire were 100.0％,93.3％,and 100.0％,respectively.The coefficient of variation of all item in the third round were all less than 0.25 and the average score of item importance were all more than 3.5.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance in the 3-round questionnaire were 0.231,0.328 and 0.361,respectively(P＜0.001) The content validity index in the third round of the questionnaire was 0.99.The established formal questionnaire contained 5 dimensions and 23 entries.Conclusion:The established equipment cleaning questionnaire for CSSD based on Delphi method could be applied as the tool to investigate the equipment cleaning status quo of CSSD in China.关键词
