构建各期大鼠压疮模型方法的实验研究
Experimental study on establishing method of pressure ulcer model of rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the model of rat pressure ulcer in two stages of four periods,and provide a reference for the study of animal pressure ulcer.Methods:According to random number table,a total of 64 rats were randomly divided into 8 groups:the blank group,control group,first period group,second period group,deep tissue injury group,third period group,no stage group,and fourth period group,with eight rats in each group.By the method of embedment of iron sheet in gluteus,place of the circular magnet in vitro to press the muscles and skin,to cause local tissue ischemia.After each 2 h pressure time,the magnet was removed to blood perfusion for 0.5 h.Repeat this cycle,rats were retreated by continuously five cycles every day and repeat the above on the second day.Results:the model of rat pressure ulcer in two stages of four periods was successfully replicated by different cycles.Conclusions:The model of ratpressure ulcer in various periods could be replicated by different cycles of iron embedment in gluteus and magnets in vitro to press.The model was stable and could be replicated.The results of this study could be applied in the research of prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers.关键词
