摘要

Abstract

Objective:To develop a professional normative scale for nursing students in China,and to analyze the reliability and validity.Methods:The scale item pool was established through literature review and the semistructured interview.The initial scale was formed after research group's discussion and experts' evaluation.The initial sample including 50 nursing interns,and the formal scale was formed by assessing the comprehensibility and applicability of the scale.A total of 400 students (349 valid questionnaires) included in the official sample.Through the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and second round of expert consultation,the final scale was formed and the validity and validity were verified.Part of the sample received re-assessment after 3 weeks.Results:There were 20 entries and 4 dimensions of the final formed professional model for nursing students.The 4 dimensions were composed with 4 kinds of nursing staffs who concerned and understand the patients,respect nursing students,have a passion for work,have solid clinical knowledge and skills.Extracted four principal component cumulative variance contribution rate of 70.06 %.The total Cronbach's alpha coefficient value was 0.960,the half reliability score was 0.942,and the retest reliability was 0.868.The correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of the scale was 0.876-0.927.Conclusions:There were good validity and reliability of the professional model scale for nursing students,It could be try as a quantitative tool for professional model evaluation in nursing students.
