Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of patient's bullying behavior on the organizational identity and career success of nursing staff,and to explain the relationship and the mechanism between the variables,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the negative impact of patient's bullying behavior.Methods:Five public hospitals in Harbin city were selected by using a combination of convenience sampling and systematic sampling.The nurses were investigated by Patient's Bullying-Behavior Scale,Organizational Commitment Scale,and Oc cupational Success Scale.Descriptive statistical analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear class regression method were used to analyze the data.Results:Patient's bullying behavior had a significant negative predictive effect on nurse's organization identity(β=-0.315,P<0.01) and career success(β=-0.253,P<0.01).The nurse's organization identity played a partial mediating effect between patient's bullying behavior and nurse's career success(β=-0.221,P<0.01).Conclusion:Patient's bullying behavior restricted the nurses to format the organizational identity,and it was not conducive to the realization of subject career success perception.关键词
