论身体教育促进儿童素质提升的观念转变——兼论来自脑科学的证据
Conceptual Change of Physical Education Promoting Improvement of Children's Quality:Evidence from Brain Science
摘要
Abstract
Children are the special group concerned by the whole society,and the improvement of children's quality is not only related to the foundation of the great cause of the country,but also to the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.As an important means of improving children's quality,physical education's function and mechanism are still challenged by par-ents and educators,and further verification and consensus are needed.But the results from the field of brain science pro-vide important evidence for our understanding of the relationship between physical education and the improvement of chil-dren's quality.The related evidence of brain science reveals that physical education has the effect of improving the plastic-ity of children's brain and promoting the achievement of children at learning.But more importantly,early childhood expo-sure to physical education could increase the resilience of the brain in response to recession and injury in adulthood.关键词
