炮制对黑芝麻油脂的理化性质及润肠通便作用的影响

摘要
Abstract
To study on difference of the physical chemical properties and bowel-lubricating of before process (BP),Nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying process(NP) and Nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying process and stir-frying (NSP) of Sesamum indicum L.Physical chemical properties of the experiment is to measure grease content,iodine value,and the kinematic viscosity.Bowellubricating experiment uses compound diphenoxylate and water deprivation mode to set up.Giving corresponding dose of the drug for 2 weeks by gavage to compare between groups of rats general behavior change and use carbon to observe the time of first dark stool,proportion of dark stool,colon moisture content and stool moisture content.The results shows that after processing the grease content and iodine value increase significantly (P < 0.05),the kinematic viscosity decreases significantly (P < 0.05),and NSP group is significant than NP groups,Bowel-lubricating experiment shows that comparing with the BP group,the difference of NP and NSP on the time of first dark stool,colon moisture content and weiht are insignificant.but,the proportion of dark stool and of NSP group increase significantly (P < 0.05),while stool moisture content of NSP group decreases significantly(P < 0.05),comparing with the Blank group the diets of NSP group is insignificant.The conclusion is that physical chemical properties and bowel-lubricating of the before and after processed.S.indicum L.is different significantly.What's more the effect of NSP is more stronger.关键词
